If you are using Jio Before booking, Turn on Your Flight Mode /Aeroplane mode and then Turn it off.
This will allocate a new IP to your Phone, Jio Sometimes uses pooling techniques in which they assign single ip to outgoing connections, which when used with irctc will show you ip error , You are allowed to book only 2 tickets between 10-12am
Jio is slow sometimes and at tatkal timings site becomes too heavy to load ,Also if possible use another SIM for booking with small internet pack of 3G/4G / WiFi (Don’t Rely on Public/Office WiFi) Since it can also cause the same error
All Your Bookings are done on IRCTC Site , so even if your Transaction fails amount will be refunded to your bank account
For Tatkal Bookings , Your Transaction History will be available only after 1-2 hours
You can check your last transaction status by logging in onto irctc site
If your ticket is booked it will come under Booked Ticket History
